 **What Does the Coming of the Golden Age Mean**

**Devotee:** Is the coming of the Golden Age also predicted in the Vedas? I know Prabhupada spoke about it, and that is enough for us, but some devotees wonder if it is mentioned in the Vedas. **Śrīla Gour Govinda Swami:** Satya-yuga, Treta-yuga, Dvapara-yuga, Kali-yuga. If all people take up bhakti-yoga, the teachings of Mahaprabhu, then the Golden Age will come. Yes. The Golden Avatar is Mahaprabhu. Otherwise, how can we expect it? Preaching is necessary. Spread this. If people accept it, then there will be a Golden Age. This is the teaching of Mahaprabhu. Spread it, spread it, spread it. Yes, it is the mercy of such a devotee, a Vaishnava, a sadhu, a dear devotee of Mahaprabhu. Only he can do this. He can desire this. No one else. If he pours his causeless mercy, he can deliver the entire universe. But it depends on the fortunate soul. *Brahmanda brahmite kona*. If the soul is fortunate, it will receive this. Such a soul comes into the association of a sadhu, comes to a sadhu, accepts the sadhu, and surrenders to him. That person is fortunate. The one who does not come, who does not accept the sadhu, is most unfortunate. Therefore, we say: the one who follows the line of Mahaprabhu, the teachings of Mahaprabhu, who accepts the guru, the dear devotee of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, and performs bhakti-sadhana under his guidance, such a person is in Satya-yuga. He is not in Kali-yuga. He is in the Golden Age. Do you understand? There is no influence of Kali. He strictly follows the four regulative principles. He does not commit the four types of sins, which are the places where Kali resides. So, where is Kali? Freedom from Kali’s influence means that he is in Satya-yuga. Такая джива приходит к садху-санге, она приходит к садху, принимает садху, предается ему. Этот человек удачлив. Тот, кто не приходит, не принимает садху, тот наиболее неудачлив. Поэтому мы говорим: тот, кто принимает линию Махапрабху, учение Махапрабху, принимает гуру, дорогого преданного Чайтаньи Махапрабху, совершает бхакти-садхану под его руководством, такой человек находится в Сатья-юге. Он не в Кали-юге. Он в Золотом веке. Понимаете? Нет влияния Кали. Он строго следует 4 регулирующим принципам. Он не совершает 4 вида греха, которые являются местами, где обитает Кали.
