 The mother advices for spiritual work between soulmates one must reject on the inside and outside all counterforces that reject the divine realization and that likes to see people suffer and distort the mission. One must dare to stand tall in faith. We are not monsters, we are divine angelic beings doing His work for the benefit of mankind. Humbly and not really understood by those who are still ignorant and unawakened. 
But the seed of awakening is planted.
As Radha said online : A Satya Yuga in Kali Yuga. That's the goal. Trust G-d and all the rest will be accomplished.

Don't kill yourselves. 
Life can be beautiful and with purpose.

Be careful if you feel depressed  or when your energy is removed by vampiric forces, they really excist according to The Mother and Integral Yoga. I always rejected such forces but encountered them.  Sometimes dark forces and demons in people don't give up control and manipulation  without a fight. Let's be fearless.
