In the physical octave you find fallen beings who are tied in to one or more higher octaves. Such people may appear to have great wisdom, be very intelligent or be very charismatic or powerful, but in reality they are slaves of the fallen beings in higher octaves. By looking at world history, you can see these patterns:

• Some thinkers or philosophers were attuned to fallen beings in the identity octave. That is how they came up with ideas that can be very difficult to refute.
• Some heads of state, intellectuals and scientists were tied to the fallen beings in the identity octave. This has given rise to the "mad scientist" syndrome because such people often have no moral or ethical concerns.
• Most psychopaths, criminals, warlords or dictators were literally possessed by fallen beings or demons from the emotional octave. This explains why such people can behave in ways that are utterly irrational when seen from the human perspective. The explaination is that such people have no humanitarian concerns because the dark beings in the astral plane have no such concerns. They actually want to destroy us, even if it destroys themselves.
