14 Invincible Black Tara: Mantra destroys 9 types of evil and 8 types of evildoers.

The Fourteenth Tara is also called "Black Tara who frowns angrily." With her large pestle and mortar, she destroys, crushes, and transforms all evildoers: all evil Maras, Yamas, Mamos, Rakshasa, Yakshas, Kinnaras, Bimipatis, and Tsan. She also protects us from all nine evils (see the lists below). All negative or black magic is destroyed. Evildoers are transformed and purified into helpful beings.

9 Kinds of Evil: The nine kinds of evil are the three evils of the body, the three evils of the tongue, and the three evils of the mind. These include harm inflicted upon you by the body, tongue, and mind of others, such as: Physical ailments: 1. Killing: includes war, murder, and violence 2. Theft: others stealing from you, or even theft of ideas or reputation 3. Adultery Spoken evil: 4. Lying and gossip 5. Slander 6. Abuse Spiritual evils: 7. Greed and jealousy 8. Hatred 9. Ignorance and error 8 types of evildoers in Sanskrit and Tibetan (from Yamantaka Tantra): Yamas (gshin rje): demons that bring death (Yama is also Lord of Death) Tsan (btsan): Warlike evil spirits (tsen) and warlike non-human spirits (tsan), also disease-causing demons and powerful ghosts. Can also be demons of mountains, rivers, hunting demons, etc. Mara (bdud): It is Mara (and the Mara daughters, and any army of Maras, etc.) who attacked and seduced Gautama Buddha under the Buddha tree, threatening him with weapons and attempting to seduce him. Maras are worldly deities who are not malicious in intent, but who cause harm through their addictions and temptations. Mamo (mamo): Angry female deities: natural spirits, but with a tendency toward destructive behavior (stormy spirits)—for example, if you pollute nature, a mamo can be vengeful. Rakshasa (sprin po): Supernatural, usually evil beings, can be cannibals. Rakshashi are female. Yaksha (gnod sbyin): Usually benevolent, but sometimes mischievous or capricious (rarely evil, but they can be evildoers) associated with water, fertility, trees, the forest, treasures, and wilderness. Kinnara (mi-am ci): They usually appear half-human, half-bird and are associated with music. However, like any other powerful being, they can be evildoers, though they are usually benevolent. Bumipati (sa dbag): These are deities often associated with fire, normally good and wise, but like any unenlightened being, they can be evildoers (i.e., fire can also cause harm).
