Kriyas are Shakti at work, Shakti tries to reduce toxins from body, mind ... can be sensations, hot, cold, pleasant, stretching, postures, breath, inner feelings, thoughts, laughter, crying, mudras .. focus on them and enjoy! Don't attach to any kriya — if we attach it will repeat. As kriyas become less, joy and love increase.
