I have found out that we as servers of humanity came in groups. Dr Gabriel Cousens is a great help with insight with His autobiography on soulmate relationships. He teaches that we might have several soulmates and twin souls, and that makes it difficult because I am loyal as a Dog but don't want to waste My time on the person whom God has not planned for Me. Osho teaches that one needs to dare to be alone first before one can attract the right person. My focus is on a service mission for humanity so that's important.

Carlos Castaneda discusses twin souls in his books, calling them the Nagual man and the Nagual woman.
When Don Juan put the Nagual woman and me face to face, neither of us had known the other’s existence, yet we instantly felt that we were familiar with each other. Don Juan knew from his own experience that the solace double beings feel in each other’s company is indescribable, and far too brief. [1]

Gautama Buddha
In Edwin Arnold‘s poem Light of Asia, a free adaptation of a biography of Gautama Buddha, we discover that his wife, Yasodhara, had been known to him in previous lives – once when they lived in a forest, and once as a tiger and tigress.
Long after — when enlightenment was full —
Lord Buddha — being prayed why thus his heart
Took fire at first glance of the Sâkya girl,
Answered, “We were not strangers, as to us
And all it seemed; in ages long gone by
A hunter’s son, playing with forest girls
By Yamun’s springs, where Nandadevi stands,
Sate umpire while they raced beneath the firs
Like hares at eve that run their playful rings;
One with flower-stars crowned he, one with long plume
Plucked from eyed pheasant and the jungle-cock,
One with fir-apples; but who ran the last
Came first for him, and unto her the boy
Gave a tame fawn and his heart’s love beside.
And in the wood they lived many glad years,
And in the wood they undivided died.
Lo! as hid seed shoots after rainless years,
So good and evil, pains and pleasures, hates

This is another selection from the Light of Asia where Gautama Buddha recalls one of past lives with Yasodhara in the form of a tiger and a tigress.

This was unknown, albeit it seemed half known;
For while the wheel of birth and death turns round,
Past things and thoughts, and buried lives come back.

A tiger, with my striped and hungry kind;
I, who am Buddh, couched in the kusa grass
Gazing with green blinked eyes upon the herds
Which pastured near and nearer to their death
Round my day-lair; or underneath the stars
I roamed for prey, savage, insatiable,
Sniffing the paths for track of man and deer.
Amid the beasts that were my fellows then,
Met in deep jungle or by reedy jheel,
A tigress, comeliest of the forest, set
The males at war; her hide was lit with gold,
Black-broidered like the veil Yasôdhara
Wore for me; hot the strife waxed in that wood
With tooth and claw, while underneath a neem
The fair beast watched us bleed, thus fiercely wooed.

Sri Aurobindo and the Mother Mirra Alfassa were twin souls. They made explicit statements and also dropped plenty of hints as to the essential unity of their consciousness. He wrote that the “supreme state of human love…is the unity of one soul in two bodies” [Sri Aurobindo, The Synthesis of Yoga –The Release from the Ego].
Mother (Mirra Alfassa) and I are one but in two bodies; there is no necessity for both the bodies to do the same thing always.

I am working through some issues concerning My family of origin because there are some narcissism traits in the family system where I grew up and I am totally different. Dr Cousens wisely wrote that it's normal on the soulmate path to work through issues concerning healing issues with the family of origin. For my soulcontract and mission I also felt that I am doing more of my soul's work writing this blog to bring knowledge to humanity than being on stage rocking the city with an electric guitar but that's okay. Soulmates and twin souls don't have to follow the exact same path. I have my soul group and I love them all. Remember, I have Venus in Aquarius so love is always related to freedom in my astrology chart. But when I finally have found the right one I remain loyal. Gabriel Gonsalves advices to first date a few persons before you find the exact right person for the mission, with the emphasis on the mission. In soulmate relationships the focus must be on service to humanity, raising the consciousness.
I feel more about becoming a spiritual teacher like Gabriel Gonsalves by honestly sharing My story here online. The artistic part of Me is only a part of Me but not the most important one. I am in the end more like a spiritual person and not just a musician or a writer.

In addition, today I received a letter from Upendra. I am so happy that he was released after only ten days! That was exactly what I had hoped for when he came to see me—that they would keep him no longer than a week. This incident, in which a devotee is obliged to suffer, should be carefully understood. At first, Upendra was sentenced to three months in prison, but after only ten days he was released. Similarly, whenever a devotee encounters danger or difficulty, he should accept it as the mercy of the Lord. According to the law, Upendra was supposed to suffer for three months, but by the Lord’s mercy that period was reduced to about one week. In the same way, a devotee always understands that whatever suffering comes to him has been minimized by the will of the Lord, for in fact he deserved to suffer many times more. Anyone who accepts this philosophy—that God’s mercy is present even in suffering—and continues to advance steadily in Kṛṣṇa consciousness is undoubtedly eligible to go back home, back to Godhead. (Śrīla Prabhupāda’s Letter to Gurudāsa, February 13, 1968). ⸻ 68-06 You ask, “If the ecstatic love shared between Lord Nārāyaṇa and His devotees in Vaikuṇṭha and that between Lord Kṛṣṇa and His devotees in Kṛṣṇaloka are qualitatively the same, then what is the special advantage of the path of Kṛṣṇa consciousness, whose profound philosophy is so difficult to understand?” The philosophy of Kṛṣṇa consciousness includes the entirety of Vaiṣṇava philosophy. When we say “Kṛṣṇa,” that includes Rāma, Nṛsiṁha, Varāha, and all the other expansions and incarnations of the Lord. Therefore, Kṛṣṇa consciousness includes Vaikuṇṭha consciousness, but Vaikuṇṭha consciousness does not include Kṛṣṇa consciousness. Those who strictly follow the rules and regulations governing Vaiṣṇava practice attain the Vaikuṇṭha planets. But those who develop spontaneous love for Kṛṣṇa go to Kṛṣṇaloka. Thus, although Kṛṣṇa consciousness includes Vaikuṇṭha consciousness, pure Kṛṣṇa consciousness is spontaneous love for Kṛṣṇa, free from all rules and restrictions. This may be illustrated by the attraction between a young man and a young woman. Their attraction is spontaneous; it does not depend upon following rules and regulations. Similarly, when one develops such spontaneous love for God within the heart, that is called pure Kṛṣṇa consciousness. In conditioned life we have forgotten our eternal relationship with God, but by following the regulative principles we can awaken the dormant activities of the soul. Just as a person crippled by rheumatism gradually straightens through prescribed exercises, the regulative principles are meant to awaken our dormant propensity to serve. When that propensity is fully developed, service becomes spontaneous, and that is pure Kṛṣṇa consciousness. Such highly developed consciousness qualifies one to enter Kṛṣṇaloka. The gopīs and the other residents of Vṛndāvana are living examples of this spontaneous love. From the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam we learn how deeply they loved Kṛṣṇa. Prabhupāda: Just like there is one statement, svīkaram eva udvahe: "Marriage will be performed simply by agreement." Now that is being done. And lāvaṇyaṁ keśa-dharaṇam (SB 12.2.6).

there in Bhāgavata history.
Allen Ginsberg: Well, in the Bhāgavata Purāṇa is there also provision for the Caitanya cult?
Prabhupāda: Oh, yes. Oh, yes. Kṛṣṇa-varṇaṁ tviṣākṛṣṇam (SB 11.5.32). We have given that in that book, our Teachings of Lord Caitanya. That is the first quotation there.
Allen Ginsberg: So it's on this quotation from Bhāgavata Purāṇa that Caitanya built His system?
Prabhupāda: No, no. That is program already presented, and He came to
execute the program. Just like our meeting is already programmed; I come
and execute it. That's all. That was previous. Clearly it is said, "In
the Kali-yuga, the Supreme Lord comes as one who always chants the holy
name of Śrī Kṛṣṇa, who is Śrī Kṛṣṇa Himself, whose complexion is
yellow." Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, Eleventh Canto, Fifth Chapter, 32nd verse.
Allen Ginsberg: It's in there.
Prabhupāda: So we have accepted Lord Caitanya as Kṛṣṇa not fanatically.
There are evidences in Mahābhārata, in Upaniṣads, in Purāṇas, in
Bhāgavata, in all Vedic scripture.
Allen Ginsberg: Well, then, within this period of ten thousand years,
only those who hear Kṛṣṇa's name and worship Kṛṣṇa by chanting...
Prabhupāda: Yes. Kīrtanād eva kṛṣṇasya mukta-saṅgaḥ paraṁ vrajet (SB 12.3.51). That is also stated in the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam.
Allen Ginsberg: So only those who practice Kṛṣṇa chanting can attain mokṣa.
Prabhupāda: They become immediately liberated and go back to home, back to Godhead.
Allen Ginsberg: And everybody else gets involved deeper and deeper in the yuga.
Prabhupāda: Yes, yes, yes. So if anyone believes in the śāstras, they
should take to Kṛṣṇa consciousness. That is intelligence, to take
advantage of authorized scriptures.

I have tried to give you all Krsna Consciousness, now it is your duty to develop it. If you remain strong on the spiritual platform then your progress will not be checked or blocked. I do not know what was resolved in New Vrindavan although Sriman Rupanuga Prabhu has informed others that he has sent a tape in this connection. I am still in darkness about the proceedings in New Vrndavana, but I have heard that Brahmananda is preaching about me that I am Krsna, that I am Supersoul, that I have withdrawn my mercy from the disciples, that I have left the Society and so on. I do not know how far they are correct, but I have written him a letter that he may not do something which may harm the interest of the Society. You are also one of the members of the GBC, so you can think over very deeply how to save the situation. It is a fact however that the great sinister movement is within our Society. I have not heard anything from Krsna das or Syamasundara., so all of you may try to save the Society from this dangerous position.
So far my coming here, it appears that it was Krsna's desire. There was very good reception in the Airport and the public opinion is that it was the unique reception so far given to any VIP man. Here in India, especially in Bengal, the political conditions are not very good. Everyone is feeling some sort of anxiety due to the political condition, so I have given them a sort of hope that if they take to Krsna Consciousness their problems will be solved. It is not my mental concoction, but I believe in the words of Narottama Dasa Thakura that the shelter of the Lotus Feet of Lord Nityananda is as cooling effectively as the combined moonshine of millions of moons. So I am sure anyone taking shelter of Krsna Consciousness Movement will be happy. Please try to push this Movement on this process.

Supramental Meditation : Light in every cell of the body.
1. The Philosophy: The "Mind of Light"
Sri Aurobindo and his spiritual collaborator, The Mother, taught that human evolution would not stop at the ordinary mind. To make the earth a divine place, the physical mind—the mechanical, obscure awareness trapped inside the body's cells—had to be transformed by Supramental Light. This final gradation of physical transformation is known as the "Mind of Light". [1, 2, 3]
2. The Practice: Cellular Meditation & Aspiration
In this specific approach to meditation, practitioners do not seek to leave the physical body but rather treat it as a "laboratory". The meditation typically includes: [1]
- Visualization: Visualizing the golden or golden-red Supramental Light descending into the physical body and progressively filling every cell. [1, 2]
- Peace and Plasticity: The Mother emphasized that cells cannot handle the intense, high-frequency Supramental Light without first establishing complete calm, vastness, and physical plasticity. The body's cells must open to the Divine Force without resistance or tension. [1, 2]
- Continuous Aspiration: Meditating with the sincere intention for the body to be entirely divinised, allowing every cell to radiate a "supramental glory". [1, 2]
3. The Realization: The Yoga of the Cells
The Mother's spiritual diary and recorded experiences heavily focus on the "Yoga of the cells". She documented experiences of intense, warm Supramental Light entering the body's cells directly through the feet. She described hearing her physical cells automatically repeating mantras during difficult moments, transforming the body-consciousness from the inside out. [1, 2]
