"Our ego if not properly used by the heart and soul is narcissistic, if it receives for self alone, instead of receiving in order to share. The Torah warns us again and again that no matter who we are, if we let our desires and lusts to receive for self, alone, rule us in the areas of sex, power, money, or anything, it is very easy to fall."

"Only a focused elite with a focused will and intention (keter) is capable of elevating the entire world, and only a chosen nation has the power to inject spirituality into the other nations. This is one purpose of the Torah. It is to develop a focused elite, who do not see themselves from the eyes of ethnocentrism, but who feel the connection of the oneness on the higher plane. This elect group must still operate from the seperate position to have a strong enough vibration, willpower, intention, kavanah, to shift the consciousness of the world. At the same time, because Israel is not yet there, they must develop in Yisrael a strong enough intention by the minority to again shift the consciousness of the State of Israel, so that it can shift the consciousness of the world. The drama of the Palestinians and the Israelis is one of the stages on which most of this can take place in a very good way. It is an incredible opportunity. Balaam and the other prophets put it very clearly: "I'll make you a light unto the nations to be a light unto the Gentiles." But, the also said that before you can influence the world you have to have a spiritually functional nation. Then, and only then, can you be a light to the world."
