One of the hardest truths to face is realizing that most prisons don’t have bars. They have comfort. Distraction. Fear. Conditioning. Repetition. They teach people what to think before they ever learn how to think for themselves.
A person can live their entire life inside systems that drain their spirit and never once question it... because everyone around them calls it normal.
Wake up. Work. Consume. Obey. Repeat.
And the moment someone steps outside that pattern and starts asking deeper questions about life, purpose, truth, health, consciousness, or freedom... they’re often mocked, rejected, or labeled as dangerous simply for refusing to sleepwalk through existence.
I’ve learned that awakening isn’t about becoming better than anyone else. It’s about becoming aware enough to recognize where your mind, energy, and soul have been unconsciously handed over.
The real prison is fear. Fear of standing alone. Fear of being judged. Fear of losing approval. Fear of walking away from a system that taught you your worth depended on fitting inside it.
But once you see the cage... truly see it... something changes inside you. You stop living on autopilot. You stop betraying yourself just to belong. You begin reclaiming your own mind, your own spirit, and your own connection to Creator.
That’s when the walls start disappearing.
