It’s looking like October’s focus may be on the financial scene, what with new chipped bank cards and the latest Anonymous operation, and that could be a very good thing. Until you threaten bank accounts… most will be only too happy to remain in the trance. That “normalcy bias” is killer.

Just yesterday we talked about avoiding the use of credit cards and choosing cash, and we’ve been warned for well over a year to take our money out of the banks wherever possible. This could be “last call”.

While the focus is on guns, they may very well be coming for our money—just as they’ve done in Europe’s bail-ins.

But we need NUMBERS. We need a LOT of people to do this to have an impact; to make a statement and affect the collective consciousness.

At the very least, if you’re using a big bank, switch to a state bank or credit union so you’re not empowering the banksters like JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Citibank, Wells Fargo, Capital One, Royal Bank of Canada, Scotiabank, BMOHarris.

You’ll probably save a ton on service fees. I pay ZERO fees with my credit union and keep just a little “operating capital” in the bank.
