After Dr. Cousens' successful European tour in May 2023, he was asked to do regular online broadcasts for his European & UK followers. European Enlightenment Hour with Dr. Gabriel is a 60-minute free monthly webinar which includes a short group dance, a Shaktipat meditation, Spiritual and Holistic Health Q&A, and a short talk.
