I am currently studying the lineages to which I am connected through the years.

I decided to move to another appartment in the future,

where there is more nature, near some forests or woods.
The city is in the mode of passion.
If you decide to live near the forest you are in the mode of goodness (sattva).

That's why I am thinking about leaving to another place.

I started to chant daily.
I did 3 rounds today and am gradually going to do more and more,

until I do 16 rounds a day.
It is the only mental help to stay free from intoxication.
I am still drinking coffee.
In 5 months I did not buy a package of cigarettes.
I had some occassional vapes

So the vapers are a good alternative

for people who are stopping smoking,

however I read in the papers that somebody died after vaping.
So be carefull.

Applying these regulative principles on my own life was the best decesion ever.

Tired today after a disciplined day in the life of a devoted soul on the path of bhakti yoga.

O son of Pṛthā, those who are not deluded, the great souls, are under the protection of the divine nature. They are fully engaged in devotional service because they know Me as the Supreme Personality of Godhead, original and inexhaustible.

The mahātmā does not divert his attention to anything outside Kṛṣṇa, because he knows perfectly well that Kṛṣṇa is the original Supreme Person, the cause of all causes. There is no doubt about it. Such a mahātmā, or great soul, develops through association with other mahātmās, pure devotees.
