When one of the Enigma Channel viewers contacted me and told me that FORBES magazine had run an article saying that Bill Gates was backing a project to 'BLOCK OUT THE SUN', I thought it was a joke - a SICK joke...

But this is no joke. It is officially called the Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment (SCoPEx), launched by Harvard University scientists, with the blessing of Bill Gates - otherwise known as CHEMTRAILING.

Right now, the two most important things plants need 1: Carbon Dioxide and 2: Sunlight are being attacked by the Deep State - If CO2 and Sunshine are diminished, even one slight bit - then farmers would need to buy nutrients and commercial fertiliser to keep their crops alive.
