John the Baptist.

St John the Baptist (3.3) Prophet who helped to prepare the way for the Christ in Palestine. Like Jesus, he received his early training in the Essene community. John was a reincarnation of the prophet Elijah. He became a Master in the second century AD and immediately went to Sirius.

To Him is given the work very largely of stimulating the love manifestation that is latent in the hearts of all men, and of awakening in the consciousness of the race the perception of the great fundamental fact of brotherhood. He is the understudy to the Christ and will become the World Teacher during the Age of Capricorn. He will be among the first group of Masters to be introduced to the world.
