All out.

Kristof,
Attacked, stabbed, thrown naked into the street. And then sent to prison.
That was the horror two men experienced in Morocco, simply because they’re gay. Our partner group reached out for help and we jumped into action. Over 80,000 All Out members urged officials to release the men and prosecute their attackers instead.
We’ve seen similar cases end badly, and we knew the odds weren’t in our favor.
But guess what? All Out members helped beat those odds. Both men were just released from prison!
Imagine the horror they went through. But then, imagine knowing that tens of thousands of people from around the world have your back. And those voices help you get released! It’s an extraordinary win that would not have been possible without crucial support from members like you.
All Out runs on a very small budget, and we can’t organize campaigns like this without funding from members. Without those funds, it's impossible to quickly mobilize our global membership to change hearts and minds, and save lives.

Victory in Morocco
In addition to releasing the victims, their attackers were actually sentenced to prison. The victims remain on probation, but in Morocco this is a vital shift away from the skewed injustice for LGBT people that has existed for so long.
It’s still illegal to be gay in Morocco, but this win gives us a glimmer of hope. With your support, we’ll be able to continue to work with our partners in Morocco as they fight to abolish “Article 489,” which outlaws homosexuality.
Someday, we could see one more country join the right side of history and accept all their citizens, regardless of who they are or who the love.
Thanks for going All Out,
Matt, Enrique, Leandro, Lucy, Mathias, Sarah and the rest of the All Out team.
