On the evolution of freemasonry in Belgium

Masonic Lodge 'Les disciples de Salomon' in Leuven / Louvain, Belgium, opened its doors to the public a few years ago and I visited them with an open heart and mind - More lodges should do this, according to the controversial book written by Freemason Foster Bailey on the craft - the strict secrecy is not of this time anymore - Contemporary Freemasonry can use another transformation in order to make it more open to the general public and modern and ready for the 21st century (I speak for Belgium, freemasonry in the United States of America is already more open and accesible for everyone) - I also believe that women should be allowed to join, as it happens in Co-masonry already. As an interested respecting student of the works of masonic philosopher Manly P. Hall and non-Mason, I respect the brotherhood and hope it to return to its essence again: the mystery teachings and initiations of the ancients, it should not be used for worldy power and politics, that is of secondary interest - creating better men and women who apply ethics in society must be the main goal.
